Eating fruits and vegetables is one of the recommendations for a healthy diet, but still many people who do not like to eat fruit or vegetables. Why eat fruits and vegetables is important for the body?

The National Cancer Institute recommends that everyone eat at least five servings of fruits and vegetables every day.

Fruits and vegetables are packed with vitamins, minerals, and fiber that are important to the body.
